We carefully select each ingredient, ensuring that every Neuhaus praline is of the highest quality and of 100% natural origin.

In 1915, Jean Neuhaus and his wife Louise Agostini created the Classic Ballotin to protect our delicate pralines. But times have changed and there’s another crucial thing deserving our protection: our wonderful planet. That’s why we’ve created a simplified, eco-friendly alternative for the Classic Ballotin, our newest Planet Friendly Ballotin. And thanks to the savings on the packaging costs for this ballotin, we are putting our money where our mouth is, by planting cacao trees in Madagascar with Go Forest.
